When Rute Bernardo decided to change her life and go for healthier food habits, she realised that it wasn´t easy to find vegan and vegetarian meals in Ericeira, the village where she was raised and still lives. That is why she decide to found the Healthy Cooking project, a take away of healthy, vegetarian and vegan food in Ericeira.
What started with half a dozen of dishes cooked for friends soon grew, earned a reputation and became part of the habits of all Ericeira residents who love healthy food and enjoy all the flavours of a good home made meal.
